After being ''consulted'' by another ''big brand company'' in Watford with no results at all, I came across this store by searching it online and because it is near my house. Managed to get an appointment within 2 days. Extremely professional approach, informative and seemed to me, very patient when I had questions to ask. Fixed my eyes problem, recommend a certain type of glasses which are amazing, helps me a lot for computer work and study. Ordered the glasses through them as well, the secretary was very helpful when I had to pick them up :)) >> Highly recommended! I always advise for a second opinion specially when it's about your health. This place does the job, and does it right.

Wow! Hatch End Eyecare you are amazing! Thank you for the excellent service which you have given to myself and my husband. You came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. One doesn't like to sing the praises too highly of any service, as one fears the more popular they become the less chance you have of getting an appointment. However, we make an exception here. The name certainly doesn't mislead "Eyecare" with the emphasis on "care" is what we have received from both Parant and his professional, highly qualifed and charming staff.
