Appalling service
I approached Haycroft to give me a quote for installing a new bathroom and decorating a bedroom. Scott Norris, the proprietor, who came to my home, seemed perfectly pleasant and interested in the job, but no quote materialised. I phoned him about a week later and he said he'd put another copy in the post. Still no quote, so I phoned again and he said he'd drop a copy off in person. Still no quote, so I phoned again and left a message. Receiving no reply, I phoned twice more and each time Scott hung up on me. Apparently Haycroft doesn't want my business, but rather than tell me this, he has ignored me and been quite the most unprofessional and unpleasant person to do business with I have ever come across. Do not give these people your business – they are total time-wasters. If I could award zero stars, I would.
