Our comprehensive podiatry service includes regular foot treatments, for adults and children, as well as specialist services, including nail treatments, biomechanics, orthotics and footwear.We are pleased to serve patients in and around the Hayes and Bromley area. We are open for regular weekday clinic hours, with evening, weekend and home visit appointments by arrangement.Hayes Podiatry Clinic is run by Ruth Snowsill, BSc Hons Podiatry, PGC Therapeutic Footwear. Ruth is a qualified podiatrist who graduated with an Honours degree in Podiatry from University College London and the London Foot Hospital in 2001. Ruth furthered her knowledge and skills gaining post graduate qualification in therapeutic footwear at the University of Wales in Cardiff. After many years working as the lead podiatrist for adults' and children's biomechanics in an NHS Trust in South London, Ruth has chosen to leave the NHS and dedicate all of her time to private practice.Our general podiatry services include skin treatments for calluses, corns, fungal infections and verrucae (plantar warts). We also provide nail treatments for thickened and awkward nails, which include investigations for fungal nail infection, and if required, nail surgery to treat the problem and prevent recurrence.Children have very different feet from adults, and because of this, their podiatry needs are also different. At Hayes Podiatry Clinic, we offer specialised treatment for children who are experiencing foot and lower limb complaints. Children's bones are still developing and can be easily affected by abnormal pressure. Early diagnosis and treatment is the best way to ensure your child's foot issues will not cause lifelong problems.We also offer a complete range of podiatry services for adults as well, including nail treatments for ingrown or deformed toenails, biomechanics and orthotics, and specialised footwear.
