Hayward's is a privately family owned Company and has been successfully trading in Kent for 17 years and has developed an enviable reputation for both amazing deals and great customer satisfaction. Run by Group Managing Director Derek Hayward and his wife Sandra, they both have a very hands on approach and are personally known by many of their loyal customers. Derek and Sandra have many years of experience in the motor trade, with Derek having worked in a number of senior roles within Porsche GB, including managing their racing team. He then moved into retail, running a number of Franchise Main Dealers, culminating in becoming Operations Director for a large Volvo Dealer Group based in Surrey and Berkshire, winning many motor trade awards, before starting his own Businesses in Maidstone and Chatham in 1996.
