Wasn't impressed

I used this hairdressers a few months ago now but was not impressed with the service at all. When I phoned to book the appointment I asked how much it would be but when I came to pay I found they had added an extra £5 just for straightening my hair! I thought this was terrible. They never informed me that I had to pay extra for this and incidentally the girl that straightened my hair spent 15 minutes ripping the straightners through my hair (damaging it with no heat protection spray) without hardly brushing it while she day dreamed and looked around the shop at anyone and everyone else. I found the staff surly and not paticularly helpful. One girl told me they were closing that night for 2 weeks for refurbishment and I got the distinct impression they couldn't wait to get me out. I would not go back
