Absolutely awful.
The worst hairdressing experience of my life. I had long hair and wanted it cut to my shoulders, I came out looking a complete state. They didn't bother to style or straighten my hair, it was a shapeless blob but it wasn't until I went to a different hairdresser later that day to get it fixed that I saw how AWFUL the cut was. After straightening it, it was clear all of the lines were noticeably wonky and there was a huge zig-zag chunk of hair missing. When I complained to the manager, showing him a photo of my terrible haircut, he was extremely rude, said the hair cut was 'acceptable' and refused to give my £40 back. Will NEVER be returning, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.

Good job
I had my hair cut here and they did a really good job. Their prices are reasonable and excellent customer service.
