Practitioners can practice in very different ways. I like to be hands on, using lots of soft tissue techniques to remove the irritation from muscles, ligaments and tendons before moving the joints using a diversified technique to gain optimal range of motion. This can fix a wide range of spinal and extremity problems. I work in a fairly firm manor for maximum results and give rehab stretches and exercises. I am passionate about relieving pain, addressing underlying body imbalances and giving detailed advice for minimize the likelihood of re-occurrences.
