We are a Co-operative Society that was set up in response to the changing needs of the health education market. Our purpose is to carry out business on a co-operative basis for the benefit of Members, future Members and the wider community.

We are made up from a collection of North West Higher Education Institutes and Healthcare providers. Together we are committed to: Running the business in accordance with Co-operative Values and Principles. Applying trading profits to developing the Society, benefiting members.in proportion to their transactions with the Society, and other uses to achieve the Society's Purpose in accordance with the rules.
