Wonderful treatment

The treatment available at Options for Health http://www.options-for-health.co.uk/ comes highly recommended. Years of work at a computer resulted in a condition initially believed to be RSI. Having relied heavily on painkillers, the condition worsened to the degree where my professional and personal life suffered greatly. Ultimately tests left specialists to believe my only option was a change in profession. Encouraged to try alternative therapy, Barbara O'Connor at Options for Health has been my saving grace. From the very first appointment I felt totally at ease in her care and having discussed my condition (she soon diagnosed as MPS), her knowledge and approach in the combined use of techniques including the Bowen Technique and Deep Oscillation Therapy have turned this condition around and ultimately restored quality to my life.
