Mel is the lead physiotherapist at Healthworks. He has gathered 14 years experience in the industry and has a well established reputation locally. In addition to standard physiotherapy Mel can also offer acupuncture and injection therapy.

Before Healthworks, Mel was a senior physiotherapist at Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital. He was responsible for the smooth running of a busy Rheumatology department which specialised in dealing with arthritic conditions. He worked closely with various consultants including rheumatology and pain consultants many of whom he now refers his private patients to.

Mel has a keen interest in sports injuries working initially as an assistant physio at Watford F.C. for two years. From there he went on to become Hertford R.F.C First XV physio for 4 seasons, culminating in a Powergen Cup final win at Twickenham.

He has also held the head physiotherapist posts for Bognor Regis Town F.C., Lewes F.C.
