Dishonest Cowboy Traders to be avoided
After my Valliant boiler broke down we contacted Heatcare South. Was told the boiler is so badly damaged it will have to be replaced (which was only 6 years old!). While the engineer was busy doing paperwork, the sales manager called to advice "how important it is to stress to me that only a replaced boiler will fix our problem and if we only want a repair done, that it will cost just about the same as replacing the boiler". I contacted another engineer/plumber (who by the way did not charge us any callout fee as suppose to Heatcare South who wanted £90), and he was actually laughing when i told him what Heatcare South told me! He managed to get the boiler working within 10 minutes and said the only part which he feels should be replaced to fix the problem will cost £150! Avoid this trader.

Rip off merchants
My boiler broke down, so after calling around I contact Heatcare South. big mistake after making a mistake with my booking and leaving me cold for a few days they finally got to me. They were unsure at first bt got to the problem and repaired it. However they charged me twice for callouts and rounded up the labour to an hour despite being only for about half hour they jacked up the final bill. avoid
