I have just got to put pen to paper to say how delighted I am with our air conditioning unit. Recently fitted to my bedroom, with the help of my son, it is now giving us cool comfortable nights allowing us to sleep through the hottest nights. You said it would be quiet, and it truly is one of the quietest machines I have ever heard. Well, I expected a good machine because that it how you described it. Most of all I have to say a big ‘Thank you’ for the fantastic service you personally gave in the answering of my many questions on so many occasions before I placed the order. You explained the technical aspects in simple language and I found the whole installation very easy to complete.
