We are here to look after you as a whole person - not a collection of symptoms! Our approach takes into consideration your health, of course, but also many other things in or about your life which may have contributed to bring you to this point in time.
Chronic pain, inflammation, skin problems, fertility, poor digestion, weight, habits, stress levels, internal and external pressures can affect us all, and our aim is to help you review and maybe to change those things which could contribute to much better health & wellbeing.

Natural ingredients are used to produce the ear candles which include 100% pure beeswax, honey extracts, sage, St John's Wort, Chamomile, Beta-Carotene and organically grown flax.
The process is extremely relaxing and soothing. A Hopi ear candle normally burns for 10-12 minutes. Ear, scalp and facial massage is also part of the treatment, which further aids blood/lymph circulation and assists in draining the sinus tubes. The candles create a mild suction within the ear canal which helps to draw out impurities as well as balancing any pressure in the head/sinuses and ears. This chimney effect, together with the movement and heat of the flame, helps to create a vibration of air within the ear canal which subsequently gently massages the ear drum. Furthermore, the essential oils and herbs within the candle help to soothe any irritated areas, for example, dry skin or eczema within the ear canal.
Reflexology is suitable for all ages (many children find it helpful and, of course, the treatments are kept short) and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
One treatment can be very relaxing, a course of Reflexology is very balancing and many people find great benefits from then continuing with regular treatments at 6 - 8 week intervals in order to maintain their health and well-being.
While many people use Reflexology as a way of relaxing the mind and body and counteracting stress, at the same time many doctors, consultants and other health care professionals recognise Reflexology as a well established, respected and effective therapy. Many midwives advocate and use Reflexology to help their 'mums' during pregnancy and even birth.
With ever increasing levels of stress, it is important to take care and preventative measures of your own health care needs. Reflexology helps us to cope on a physical, mental and emotional level, thereby encouraging us to heal and maintain health in all areas of our lives.

Whilst the art of reflexology dates back to Ancient Egypt, India and China, it wasn't until 1913 that Dr William Fitzgerald introduced this therapy to the West as 'zone therapy'.
