We constantly update our technical knowledge with frequent training to keep us ahead of the competition and have the backing and support of suppliers and manufacturers.

About Us

Heating Genie can service, maintain and install all types and makes of heating appliances and are registered installers of Ideal and Worcester Boilers enabling us to give you up to a 7 year parts and labour guarantee on all new boiler installations. Our suppliers deliver heating spares to us on a daily basis and we carry a comprehensive stock of front line spares to maximise that first time fix.

We have the latest equipment to ensure your boiler is operating safely and efficiently and can offer you advice on how to get the most from your system.

We have all heard the phrase, “Prevention is better than the cure" and with our busy lives it's often easy to overlook the simple things, especially when they appear to be working. Heating Genie recommends that your appliances be serviced annually and to help you ensure you don't forget, we operate an “Annual Service Reminder" scheme. We would always recommend having your service carried out between March and October.

Heating Genie provide a comprehensive range of services to commercial customers including servicing, maintenance and installation of commercial heating systems. Our Engineers are fully qualified to undertake the service and maintenance of both gas and lpg commercial heating and hot water systems. We provide heating services to many local businesses including offices, shops, small business factory/units. Our commercial services include: Annual Safety Certification, Emergency Breakdowns, Commercial Boiler Installation, Heating Repairs and Maintenance, Power flushing of Commercial, Heating Systems (Using Sentinel Pumps and Cleaning Chemicals) and Energy Efficiency Advice.
