They don't deserve the one star I was forced to give! My dear mum paid for carpet and fitting, was told that the carpet was too cold to fit as it had been in the van overnight and that they would be back. After 56 phone calls and 2 letters and the same amount of promises made still nothing. Don't part with your cash, go a little further down the road to Bramley Carpets, you get very good service there.
