Emergency Call Out
Heating system had shut down. The company who it is under contract with are not responding to calls or emails. British Gas next emergency appointment was 12th MARCH. Pehaps i was lucky but Mo had just got back from one job and was with us in 15 minutes. Found fault within 30 minutes and tried for ages to contact Intergas to try to get this paid for under warranty. Eventually i asked him to order the part, which he will get and hopefully fit tomorrow. Managed to get the system running long enough to warm us up and get some hot water.
