Superb Individual Service
I used Heaven Scent for the first time earlier this year to purchase Funeral Flowers for our dearly loved mother & grandma. Paul was amazing and worked with us on creating our own personal arrangements. He was so helpful. My son lives out of the area yet Paul liaised with him via internet and with my daughter in the shop to create a beautiful arrangement of the most exquisite lilies for their grandma. Paul was so patient and a master of his art - and made every moment feel special. Thank you Paul. I can't wait to visit again - I'm hoping we can create something Special for our Christmas table.

Westie funeral tribute
I would just like to say a huge thank you to both paul and Marion for the fantastic job they did of my mothers funeral flowers. I wanted a westie dog and went into the shop with a picture and they created a work of art, their attention to detail was amazing and created the most perfect tribute for my late mother. The dog was fantastic everybody commented on how wonderful it was and I loved it. They helped to make a hard and difficult time a little easier. I would highly recommend heaven scent to anybody for any occasion I'm sure you will not be let down by the quality and the creativity of their flowers.

Fab flowers
We entered this florists not having a clue about flowers other than the colour the bride wanted. Paul put together the most beautiful bouquets and table centres. Nothing was too much to ask of him. He did nt even flinch when we asked him to incorporate models of Big Ben into the table centres. The guests were bowled over by the centre pieces as the complemented the London theme for the wedding. Highly recommend you pay Paul a visit to save yourself a lot of time trawling his competitors. He ll not be beaten.

My family left it to me to order the flowers for my dearest friend sandies funeral who was a huge part in our family. I used to live in whickham and often passed the shop heaven scent at lobley hill so it was the first that came to mind. I met paul the owner of the shop as the shop was closed as it was sunday paul was lovely, he listened to everything i wanted and detail. I ordered a double heart and i chose the colours and as i was leaving the shop. I happened to mention that my friend sandie loved bling it must have stayed in his head and he added a few small diamonds to the wreath. He didnt have to write anything down we chatted for a while and forgot to tell paul what words i wanted on the card. I left the shop and as it was a sunday he must of had to lock the shop, he came out and found us over the road thats service for you! A massive thankyou paul the flowers were beautiful and some had bling in wish i was so impressed i will be definately using heaven scent in the future and value for money cant thankyou enough! june foster and family . Local quality and friendly service.
My family and myself have used Heaven Scent on numerous occasions for various things from my wedding bouquet and flowers 14 years ago to buying plants and flowers and have never once been disappointed with the product or the service, keep going Paul :)

Beautiful Wedding Flowers
A big thank you to Paul for our perfect flowers on our wedding day. Everything was beautiful from my boquet, the bridesmaid posys, the button holes to our stunning arch made of flowers that was a real focal point at our venue. My mam also loved the matching corsage that you attached to her bag! Even if you know very little about flowers and just have an idea of the colour you are looking for- Paul is your man!! Highly recommend! :)

funeral flowers
Thank you to both Paul and Marion for the beautiful floral arrangements on two separate occasions. They got lots of glowing comments on how stunning they were. The flowers and colours were just as we had wished for and this was all down to yourselves. My mum loved the flowers and has now gave me the job of all flower ordering in future from heaven scent.

Wow what fantastic service, at 7:50 am!! Ordered flowers for delivery the same day. Ordered flowers at 7:50 and they arrived 9:30 am! exceptional!! wonderful arrangement at a very good price. Will be buying future flowers from yourselves and recommending to family and friends. Highly satisfied :)

Perfect Wedding Flowers !
When we went to Heaven Scent Janette my daugher briefly explained the wedding theme/colours she was after. Paul simply picked up a few flowers/folliage in the shop, quickly put them together and he was spot on ! The flowers arrived at the said time, the Posies, Flower Girl Wand and Buttonholes were part of a perfect Wedding Day ! Good value too. Was pleased we were recommended here.

What a service
Went to paul for some flowers for my mum and from walking in to leaving the service was second to none. Paul took notice of what i wanted and the price was a surprise as it wasnt as much as i thought. Would use Paul again with pleasure. Thank you.

Amazing flowers and amazing value
I have been buying flowers from Paul for years, It wouldn't even cross my mind to go anywhere else. Whether it's for a wedding, mother'd day, funeral or just an arrangement for a dinner party the flowers are always spectacular and quite inexpensive compared to what other florists would charge. If you want something special or a little bit different I can highly recommend this florist.

Absolutely stunning without costing the earth
I have used Heaven Scent on a few occasions now, and every time I have been thrilled, the flowers have always been fantastic quality,and not full of cheaper flowers either, I live in Newcastle and I can honestly say I could not find better even in the bigger florists of town, always a very personal service from Heaven Scent and always incredibly reasonable, I would encourage everyone to try here first

Leave it to Paul!
Paul did the flowers for my daughters wedding on August 14th, they were everything and more! From tiny scraps of dress material he did his magic and created stunning arrangements of lilacs, creams and purples. Everybody said how beautiful they were and how wonderful they looked on the tables. This is the 3rd wedding Paul has done for our family and we have never been disappointed yet. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who wants something that little bit special.

One in a million!
I booked Heaven Scent for my wedding flowers for last month. I asked Paul for advice on what he thought would match my theme....I just left it to him. I was delighted on the morning of my wedding when the flowers arrived, they were amazing! Absolutely gorgeous, a million times better than I had imagined. Also, Paul is a very genuinely friendly and helpful person. My grandma passed away two days before my wedding, I called him very early on the friday morning to ask him to make my grandmas corsage so I could take it to the chapel and give to her. He had it done in a matter of hours. I called the shop from Mexico to arrange for some flowers to be delivered for my grandmas funeral, he did the flowers and waiting until I returned for payment, which I thought was very nice of him! Who else would do that?? I would recommend Heaven Scent to everyone!! Five stars!! xxxx

fab florist
I used Heaven Scent for my wedding in may could not fault the service i was given i didnt have much of an idea what sort of flowers i wanted, but paul was full of ideas & in the end i left it to him. I couldnt have been happier the way my flowers had turned out & the choice of colours i would have never thought of putting together but they really complimented each other.also as a bonus i thought the prices were very reasonable & think i would have struggled to get the same standard for the same price i would recomend heaven scent to anyone & have to all my friends & family thanks again paul for making my flowers so perfect . sharon

Fantastic service
I used Heaven Scent to order an arrangement for my mother in law. I live in Liverpool, and needed a florist in Gateshead. I had used Interflora before, but found it expensive, and quite impersonal. I called the shop to place an order, and the person I spoke to was really helpful. They knew exactly what I wanted, and the prices were really reasonable. I thought the service was excellent. Delivery was on time, and the flowers were absolutely stunning. Would recommend this florist to anyone.
