bought a 12x12 summerhouse for my garden from york timber.Sales lady was lovely and dealt with my order in a most satisfactory way.Lads arrived on time to install my building in quick time and even gave me good advice on how to look after it....a lovely exerience throughout

Nice and winter tight!
We bought a shed from yorktimberproducts.co.uk this time last year given the crazy winter we had. I was extremely please to say throughout all the bad weather the shed remained dry inside. Quality product.

dreadful product
Poor materials and assembled with the minimum of screws and nails hence when it rains it leaks terribly.Complete waste of money.Company not interested once they have your cash.DO NOT BUY HERE. Next steps trading standards, credit card refund hopefully.

Wet summerhouse
terrible quality,they had to come back,as soon as they put summerhouse,up.now we have had bad rain,the inside walls are wet,smells damp.we are waiting for them to come and put it right. Terrible quality summerhouse,cost over £1,000.

Unsafe Products
We bought a garden office from this company last year. In the Winter the roof blew off in moderate winds. York timber Products just didn't want to know- The roof wasn't secured - they said it was designed that way. I beleive there to be a design fault. £5k we paid and my daughter and granddaughter who use the office could have been killed or injured. DON'T BUY FROM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY.

Terrible products shabby. 3 attempts to put this right after paying alot of money for a shed. Look elsewhere customer service is zilch, had to go to trading standards reference this company and still in dealing with them.
