I am a counsellor offering long term support and short interventions to adults. I use a Person-Centred approach with touches of other related therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. This integrative framework and my experiential training enable me to work in a way appropriate to your needs and covering a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression and low self esteem.

I offer specialist support for substance misuse and addiction issues and all aspects of eating disorders or disordered eating.

As a registered member of the BACP I am bound by their code of Ethics and Practice.
I am an affiliate member of the National Centre for Eating Disorders.
