Thank you John, thank you for all the advice you gave when I was looking for my first reclining chair, not knowing where to begin I contacted you and you took me through everything, nothing was too much trouble. I am now the very proud owner of a lovely recliner that is not only very comfortable but suits my needs perfectly. You delivered it assembled it and made sure it was placed exactly as I wanted it, even though I changed my mind about which room I wanted it in. I haven’t experienced service like this for years, you are old school John. Tomorrow is my birthday (03/03/1939) I shall raise a glass to you and wish you good health and continued success during these troubling times. God bless you young fella.
