Excellent service, Fantastic Design‎ - ‎ - 2009-12-28 We used Helmsley Architectural Services to design a link connect our Grade 2 listed house to a converted out-building located to the rear of the property. The design is just how we wanted it and needed to change nothing before submiting it for listed building consent. Having used architects in the past on various projects the plans produced for the link are by far the best drawings we have received. We would have no problem in recommending Helmsley Architectural Services to anyone embarking on new project and will use their services again in the future. M Balmforth YORK
