Brow today, gone tomoro
If you want to keep your lovely thick eybrows, don't come here, you will only leave with pencil lines for brows. I went to Heloise because I live near it and the beautician is said to have had years of experience. However, the beautician was rude, had an unprofessional manner and butchered my brows. It doesn't suit my face and now I look silly... Don't go there.

Great service, value, style!
It's always difficult to leave a salon and try somewhere new even if your current hairdresser is rubbish! I went for my first cut with at this charming salon a week ago having finally got up the courage to leave my previous and dissappointing salon. Although i thought i knew what i wanted i asked the Stylist what she thought would be best for my short hair and she actually gave me several options. The cut was great with lost of styling tips and advice. I can't say enough about the standards of customer service. we had decided that i should have a cut and (rather dramatic) colour but the stylist suggested taking the change in two phases so i could get used to both stages. Great advice and most places wouldn't have bothered, they would have just shrugged and taken my money!! If you're thinking about a change i don't think you can do any better than Heloise. The prices are more than reasonable too! Cut and change with confidence!
