I thoroughly recommend it.
I have suffered with depression and low mood for many years. It took me a while to realise I had a problem, initially I went to my GP who just gave me anti depressants. I was too afraid to take them. Recently a friend recommended the helpstopme course. Its great, I have been working through it at my own pace and I feel so much better now and more hopeful about the future.

Great videos with calm and comforting people here to guide you.
I would recommend it to anyone going through depression or anxiety. As they are both explained thoroughly. and you are given cognitive techniques to cope with your symptoms.
