Whenever I have visited Hensmans Northampton, I have always been greeted with a friendly atmosphere and a great reception team, however I have become less and less impressed by their standard of hair cuts. I booked in with one of their Senior Stylists and received a great 1st hair cut but since then I have been very disappointed. I went back a couple of times but the stylist was un-interested and seemed distracted and consequently my hair cut suffered. I guess I could have tried a different stylist, as I am a loyal customer looking for a regular 6am hairdresser but I am disillusioned with the brand.
