I meet Lucy over two years ago when I answered her advert for Herbalife and fit club. Having been diagnosed with type one diabetes more than thirty years ago I expected not to be a good candidate but maybe could join the fit club. How wrong I was. Lucy is so knowledgeable about health, diet and a personal interest in diabetes. I started the herbal shakes and for the first time ever I was able to exercise without carb overload. I was a fan of walking and keep fit but always had either a low or high blood sugar after, which isn't good for long term health. I have, with the help of Lucy managed to loose over two stone and enjoy walking and fit club and have a healthy blood sugar after. My results from the clinic last week were text book so that speaks for its self. A big thank you to Lucy for her dedication, commitment and continuing care.
