APPALLING SERVICE IN SOME AREAS
Hermes are just taking suppliers money and are not able to deliver the parcels where they do not have a dedicated driver (due to the ridiculous rounds they have). They squeeze the pay constantly from their drivers resulting in the fact no one wants to work for them. Utter shambles - still waiting for my parcel

useless!!
This company really needs to get its act together , apparently i was delivered two parcels yesterday neither or which i received or signed for so they have either delivered them to the wrong people or lost them! i have contacted the companies who they were delivering on behalf of and complained and i have also contacted Hermes customer services as this is just ridiculous.
