Dr Muriel Walshe
I am a psychoanalytical psychotherapist and the lead practitioner for Hertfordshire Psychotherapy Practice (HPP), a practice based in quiet and discreet surroundings on the outskirts of Harpenden.
I have many years' experience as a private therapist and within the NHS. I have experience working with adults with a range of difficulties including:
relationship problems
depression
anxiety
working stress
and pre and postnatal depression
divorce and separation
and adjustment to university life.
Seeing a therapist can be daunting and you won't know what it will be like until you sitting in the chair. What you need to remember is that you are in charge of the process and the job of the therapist, my job, is to help you through it. We make sense of things together.
