Customer Service 8/10 Product 2/10

I will start by saying the customer service was very good ( Justin ) was very helpful and tried to help whenever I needed it. The dissapointing thing was the product a BMW 318 2003 model 92,000 miles on the clock , At first everything seemed fine it passed its MOT just before the purchase. Great! First the radiator needed replacing about a week after purchase in all fairness Justin got this sorted asap and gave me a courtesy car at no cost to myself then I broke down and the xpansion tank had completley split years of damage had caused this. The RAC fitted a new tank albeit not properly and again Justin got this sorted for me. for the last 3 to 4 weeks the coolant warning light has constantly been on and I just cannot be bothered to call Hewson motors again! Like I say it is all well and good sorting the problem and providing good customer service but when you purchase a car you want realiability and faith that it will work properly so I am sorry but I would not reccomend this company to purchase a car. Customer service 8/10 product 2/10. I have since sold it and purchased a brand new vehicle.
