A GARAGE TO TRUST.
Have used this garage since I came to live in Stevenage in 2003.When you need attention to your vehicle the news wont always be good--that's a fact of life--but whatever these guys tell you is needed,you can believe,they know what they are talking about.You cannot fail to be impressed by the level of customer care you will receive,from the lady in the reception/clerical department,through to the technicians on the workshop floor.One of the other reviewers said about the location not being on everyones doorstep,i will agree with that,but don't forget with prior notice/and agreement,you may be able to get your vehicle collected and delivered.Now the punchline---I do not use Hi-Point because their prices are realistic---I USE THEM BECAUSE I CAN TRUST THEM!!!...This is just a ten second message to say that over all those years,they have never let me down.

Good genuinely friendly garage
I've been using this garage since I moved to Stevenage in 2006. I've got to know a few of the staff over the years. They are courteous, friendly and most importantly won't try to rip you off, although by being honest it might cost you more than you thought! The garage isn't the most luxourious, nor that easy to find. But I'd recommend them to anyone.
