Kept me waiting for ages and messed up my hair.

Poor service, I arrived on time for my appointment yet had to wait 15 minutes to be seen, not the first time either since the last time I went I was waiting around and it seems that others have had this problem. When the Hairdresser eventually did get around to me she started asking me questions about my ex partner of which is the last thing I would wish to discuss. She was just talking about how wonderful her Boyfriend was and I happened to mention that I was now living with family and then she asked me who I was living with before? Then she asked me a load of questions about my ex which I found odd and obviously it's not a good choice of topic for anyone. Then when I did have my hair done it was a total mess, no the colour that I had chosen at all and when I said I wasn't happy I was just told that it would grow out eventually. Most of the people that go are the elderly who have the same hair cut each time and do not have so much hair so if you are looking for a colour change or anything more complicated then I suggest that you find someone else and also especially if like me you do not like to be kept waiting around for 15 minutes either.
