i started a claim the end of decembern2014 heard nothing so called was told argos not received first signed permission, was told to fill in another one, which I did, now they don't answer the phone, left two voicemail and two emails in past two weeks still no reply, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Never use hidenda
Sent my claim pack back on the 7th of January 2015 and then got a letter 12 weeks later saying they didn't receive my claim pack so I had to send it again and now 12 weeks later they won't get back to me. I contacted the company I was claiming the ppi from and they have informed me that they haven't received any correspondence from hidenda. So after 24 weeks I now have to start the claim process again only this time I will be doing it myself. They are a absolute joke of a company.
