Rip Off
I put my car in for a mot test and it failed on 4 things, as soon as I mentioned taking the car away to a different mechanic to be fixed the guys in the garage got very funny with me. I rang a mechanic to take a look at my car and he said he has no idea why they failed the car on the 2 break pipes as there is not a thing wrong with them, Highfields quote to fix these was £35 each +vat... They said the calliper needed replacing what would of cost £95 from highfield.... The mechanic said it was only seized on because of the car standing so long, (which highfield knew). The second opinion mechanic said the only thing that it should of failed on was a tire which they quoted £45 and now im getting a brand new tire fitted by a mobile tire fitter for £40. I'm not even going to bother to take my car back to them within the 10 days of the fail as they are charging £20 and seems they will lie through their back teeth to get extra cash from people, so im going to take it to another garage and have it totally re-tested. Avoid this garage as they are only our for your cash....

slow ordered wrong parts
i put my car in on tuesday its friday not got it back been told on thursday come at 5 no phonecall go al the way their and get told to go back the next day at 12 then when i go back they say uselesss
