Extremely let down and Disappointed
We booked a ground floor double room as I use a wheelchair to get about and gave all my food intolerances when booking. We were in a twin room with our feet next to a wash basin and the shower and toilet were behind a sliding door with no room to to get wheelchair in next to the toilet to move over! The shower would need me to climb over a ten inch wall, so of course I had bed baths! The meals were good but very small. I could not eat most of the food and breakfast I was served 1 rasher of bacon and half a tomato, after a small dish of rice crispiest but had to wait while someone went to the shop for some df milk. There was no df drinking chocolate for supper and only sorbet for dessert. Needless to say we will not be returning, I would sooner stay at a Premier Inn for less than half the cost of staying here.
