Used them in the past and will use them again!!
After reading the reviews i felt they needed some what balancing. I have bought 2 vehicles from hillhead cars sales and now 1 from their new location (with a fantastic view!!!) Will and Alex have sourced one of my cars and the others have always been in their wide range of stock. I asked them about the 2 reviews on this website (they seem to be duplicated elsewhere) and they were up front, honest and explained their side of the story. I had an issue with the second car i bought from them and they quickly and efficiently dealt with the problem, offering a loan car (which they didnt have to).

Car sales move
everyone please note Hillhead Cars are no longer in Hook, they are now based in Portsmouth and go under the name of Fort Southwick Car Sales Portsmouth. Why they have changed their name I don't know but if anyone needs to find them just put fort Southwick Cars into your search engine. Grading only given because without it i couldn't provide info of change of company name.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE - Bought a car July 2013 and I have never experienced such bad customer service! I would like to think I'm reasonable than most - but Hill Head Car Sales Hook pushed even me over the limit! Hence the review. It would take me all night to right everything down, so here's a summarised version. - Aggressive and threatening behaviour towards me (23, female student) and my boyfriend. Partner/ owner of Hill Head threatening to sue us for telling another buyer our bad experience. It's also good to note that they are happy to be aggressive to buyers in front of potential ones. - 3 month warranty is an absolute joke! Very difficult to get them to take the car in a fix the problems. If you are lucky enough to get it in to their garage, don't expect any of the problems to be fixed. (Service not done, wheel balancing on car not done correctly, drivers door sticking when opening not fixed, parcel shelf from boot stolen and the list goes on) - They could not care less if you have a problem - in their words 'It's your fault' and 'I'm not taking the care back again' - even though it's still in the warranty. - Since buying the car 2 months ago, my life had been consumed with trying to constantly call up and get my car fixed. The list of problems just keeps growing as they don't fix the original problems and just add more such as removing my parcel shelf from the boot. - Will promise things but never delivers - calling back, picking up the car from the garage, providing a rental car, providing a spare key --nothing ever materialised. I've not had a week where I've not called them at least 3 times. - Promised to provide a spare key but didn't and refuse to code it. So yes I physically have a spare key, but it doesn't work and I need to pay for it to be coded. - Keep quiet about important features that a potential car buyer may take for granted - for me this was that my 2007 Polo didn't come with remote central locking. DO NOT USE THIS CAR GARAGE - YOU WILL REGRET IT!
