Our fieldwork services encompass a variety of complimentary methodologies designed to capture data accurately and efficiently, and offer great flexibility across a wide range of sectors and study types. In addition to both Pen & Paper and Computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI), we also handle postal surveys, e-mail surveys and mystery shopping.
In an increasingly global market, we have actively developed our multi-lingual capability and offer genuine fluency in the principal EU languages, enabling us to conduct interviews in French, German, Italian and Spanish.
