About Us

We have been careful to select staff we feel convey the professional manner in which the Directors operate at Hilton King & Locke. All the staff you will deal with have the same hunger for providing excellent customer service and a real desire to sell your property for the best possible price. We employ staff who have been trained to a high standard to qualify prospective buyers on their ability, motivation, and financial position to buy property before allowing them to view your home. In order to ensure we are able to provide excellent local knowledge we are careful to recruit staff that live in the local area. Mark Prieg and Leigh Gridley carry out the valuations on all of the properties and it is then the responsibility of our sales team to find the buyers. This is achieved by proactively contacting all potential buyers for the properties by telephone, email, post, or text message to ensure as many people are offered your property as possible to achieve the best possible sale price.
