Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Paul, one of the members of your maintenance team, he made both me and my partner feel safe and more comfortable in our own room by coming to fix our lock a few nights ago. We felt he shows great care and respect towards us and has fixed the handle to a usable point. he did mention more work might need to be done as there were some parts missing, but at least it now opens, closes and locks properly. Tell him a huge thanks and credits from me for doing the call out so late on and for really getting us out of a bind.

The plumber has just left. He was incredibly helpful and friendly and managed to unblock the pipes, he also cleaned up the bathroom once he was done. Outstanding service. He really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a working bathroom as soon as possible. Thanks for getting this all sorted out so quickly over the weekend, I really appreciate it.
