We recently re-carpeted throughout the house with an expensive wool carpet so we were horrified to find damage to the carpet in a corner of one room, after only a couple of months. That’s when I noticed the moths. I called Hinton Pest Control who looked around the house and it turned out that it was worse than I thought when the pest control technician moved some furniture upstairs, revealing further damage. He told me that the carpet in every room needed to be sprayed over two separate treatments, at least two weeks apart. He also told me that the house needed to be empty when he sprayed and for a few hours afterwards, especially if anyone had asthma. I hadn’t even thought of this but as my son is asthmatic, I was really grateful for this advice. He gave me a quote for the two treatments and I asked him if he could do the first one there and then which he agreed to. I’m pleased to say that the carpet moths have gone, we’ve put a plant pot where the carpet was most affected and saved the rest of carpets without breaking the bank! Thank you.

When we suddenly found wasps swarming around our bathroom while our baby twins were in the bath we knew we needed to take drastic action. We rang Hinton Pest Control who assured us they would come right away to deal with the waps. They were as good as their word. The technician discovered we had a nest in the loft and he quickly eradicated it. We didn't need to call him back. In our opinion he was quick, efficient and good value for money. We would recommend him to anyone.
