Poor customer service and overrated
I brought a microdermabrasion session to have before my wedding, it was very difficult to get an appointment as phones are answered and they never call you back. No consultation paperwork was completed before the microdermabrasion. The microdermabrasion lasted 15 minutes max and no aftercare was offered. I still went home with crystals on my face. I wonder if paying customers are treated like this. I was unable to get further treatments due to a fire at the salon and , it took 4 months for anyone to get back to me after several visits to the salons and several emails, the management do not have the decency to call me and give a name and apologise. All I am told is tough.. This is very bad customer services for Salon based on services which are provided on producing calm and a relaxing experience.

The place to go for laser treatment!
I have found this venue via a Groupon offer for laser services and I am simply amazed! Their affordable prices come along with a tip-top service that makes it recommendable to everyone looking for an effective laser treatment. I was having useless IPL before and just phoned-up them. They are now taking all the care my skin needs for providing me the right treatment! Elise

Apart from the fact that parking was hard to come by, I was pleasantly surprised by this shop, which was recommended to me by a friend, and I will most definetly be recommending this place to my friends now. My hair looked amazing, thank you girls!

looks can be decieving
Was a horrible experience bought groupon voucher for a micro abrasion facial,i had no consultation had this machine on my face which lasted 5 min n massage for 5 min and a mask for 20 min i would rather pay 40.00 to get a proper facial it was waste of money. The thing is am beauty therapist myself and customer care is nothing to them
