Dear Michael T, I write in responce to your above comments & to be quite honest i as the owner of the company i do not belive a word you are saying in all the 12 years of trading i have never left a job in such a state, & if we had done you would not have paid us, & i Know this is not the case, otherwise this would have being sorted months ago, you say foam has ran down your walls & made a mess, if it had you would have been on the phone going mad, but i don,t remember reciving any such telephone call, you also state you had to wait a month for your windows to be instaled, this an acceptable waiting period for any busy instalation company, you also say the door was dinted, i think with that comment you are refering to the actuall "infill" panel, this can happen from time to time while the panel is in transit, but if this was the case it would have been exchanged immediatly, this also applies to your scratched door handle, with reference to you saying my fitters used the wrong type of fixing to your patio door, we only ever use either "Spax" or "Fisher" fixings to all our instalations & to be honest i should know as it is me that purchases them for my fitters, may i also add it is easy for any other tradesman to pull someone elses work, but i ask you who is the larger company me or them May i also add my fitters do not turn upto any site to just have a look at the job as you say they did, my fitters are paid for what they fit, so it is always in their own interest to fit as much as they can in the most efficiant manner possible, however if there are outstanding problems, with any work we have done for you, then i urge you to please contact us on 0800 731 5884, & we will be only to pleased to sort your problems out after all that is what you have PAID for.

My husband and myself wanted the whole house double glazed, we contacted Hizzard windows who sent an estimator out.. so far all quite professional.. eventually i received a call to say that fitting would begin on a certain date.... eventually around the lunchtime of that date two guys arrived but no windows! They told my husband that they were just "looking at the job"... the next day they arrived but without patio doors which were "apparently" being made! (bear in mind we had waited a month for this job to start already!.. to cut a long story short.. the front door was put in and found to be dented plus the handle was scratched.On asking another professional glazer to inspect installation we were advised that wrong fixings and not enough were used to install patio doors, also cement used to make good round front door is falling off because door frame moves when door is shut.
