Our refreshing take on legal services is easy to say, hard to do. Research shows that clients who experience legal services delivered in a traditional way can be frustrated by the lack of well, service, from bl**dy lawyers.
We decided to do something about this perception by launching 6 new standards that include wow service (every lawyer, every time), a no chaese pledge (we're on it) and fixed fees (payment options agreed with your lawyer) - all underpinned by a Service Level Guarantee and a gold-standard service independently accredited by Investor in Customers (IIC).
We want to change the way law is delivered so clients think of legal services in a refreshing way and instead of 'bl**dy lawyers', we're seen as 'bl**dy brilliant lawyers'.
