Ripped Off and Get No Help from Holiday Autos

I hire a car for 5 days collecting at Alicante Airport, the first booking I made in my daughter's name - but just before we flew they sent a message stating a 1200 euro deposit would be take from the main driver's credit card, so I changed the booking into my wife's name ( unfortunately I'm too blind to drive) On collection they wouldn't accept my Excess Insurance - so had to take theirs, and took Total Comfort Cover - all paid up front. On our return told them only 1/4 tank of fuel used, which they said would be refunded. My wife checked her credit card statement and a charge of £252.28 had been taken - reason unknown and no one has told us - as they have your credit card details - they can do what they want - without your knowledge and for no reason - you then have a big problem trying to get the amount refunded - dealing with two companies based in Dublin & Castellon Spain. WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT DEAL WITH EITHER OF THESE RIP OFF COMPANIES - I'M NOT THE FIRST AND DEFFINATELY WON'T BE THE LAST!!!!
