This hotel is brilliant. It is amazingly cheap if you book online and although its quoted as a 3* to me it is at least a 4*Make sure you book the Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 J4 (official title) as there are a good few Holiday Inns in the heathrow area and it wouldn't be the first time someone turned up at the wrong one from what I've heard. Get to Heathrow via the Tube and then go to Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3's Central Bus Station. Look for the sign to the Heathrow Hoppa. Get on Bus route 6 which the first stop will be Holiday Inn M4 J4.There is a free gym inside the hotel, and curtesy coffee and refreshments waiting you in your hotel room. The breakfast is expensive, But not as expensive as the breakfast inside the airport so you may wish to eat before you head out. There is a pub down the road, but be cautious walking there after hours as there is not much of a sidewalk. If you are driving to the hotel make sure you get very accurate directions as if you miss the last turning you will end up heading Northbound. When I checked in the room they gave me had a dirty bathroom so we complained and they switched our room right away, which was great as the room we then got had an even bigger TV (so we watched Big Brother as it was eviction night) on Channel 4. The hotel is worth it at £50 a night per room, but I wouldn't pay anymore as if you start to go any higher you should be aiming for a better hotel, such as the IBIS or Heathrow Terminal 4's Hilton Hotel. If you do stay there, and are relying on the Hotel Hoppa be warned it is £4 per person, each way and this can add up if you have a lot of family members!
