Holistic Serenity is run by husband and wife Nicole & Jay Shields.

Jay is a Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Reiki, Rahanni, and crystal healing practioner.

Nicole is a ladies only therapist, who has been a certified & insured Holistic Practitioner for over 13 years, having become attuned to Usui Reiki in 2006.
Reiki has very much been an intrinsic part of my life and has led me on a wonderful journey and exploration of healing during which I later went on to become a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Bach Flower Remedies, Indian Head Massage, Rahanni, Crystal Healing & Angelic Reiki practitioner. I studied with the College of Sound Healing and qualifed as a Sound Healing Practitioner, specialising in Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls and group Soundbaths.

My main modalities are Sound Healing, Crystal healing and Reiki. I run group and 1:2:1 soundbath sessions using a crystals and alchemy crystal singing bowls.

Alongside my holistic therapies, I have worked in the health & social care sector for over 15 years, having previously worked for local Social Services and later as a Deputy Care Manager, specialising in Dementia and Palliative care which allowed to me gain a deep understanding of specialist care needs and how Holistic therapies can be of great benefit in transitional life phases. So i tend to specialise in a lot of end of life and life limiting conditions.

In addition to providing Holistic therapies I also create natural, organic & vegan friendly aura and space cleansing sprays, Epsom and Himalayan bath salts and smudge kits infused with reiki, essential oils and sound healing as well as Bach Flower Remedies which are all available from my website and Etsy Store

I lead workshops, practitioner training as well as lead mediation groups aimed at stress relief and creating inner wellness and enabling others to embrace their higher selves.

I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Bach Flower Remedies & Indian Head massage practitioner.

2018 will see me complete my Sound Practitioner qualification, specialising in Crystal & Himalayan singing bowls.

I have been a practising Usui Reiki Practitioner since 2006.

Reiki has very much become an intrinsic part of my life and has led me on a wonderful journey and exploration of healing.

In 2014 I qualified as a Bach Flower Remedies practitioner, having been a healing modality that I myself had used most of my adult life.

I found myself recommending them to friends, clients and anyone who was in need of emotional well-being so often, that it seemed a completely natural progression for me to become a Bach practitioner.

Around this time I also studied Indian Head Massage as I knew of its excellent benefits to aid stress relief.

Stress and Anxiety happen to be the two most frequent reasons my clients come to me for support.

Since then, alongside my practise, I have gone on to open an Etsy store Holistic Serenity Shop where I sell Bach Flower Remedies and infuse them with Reiki for extra healing and intention along with other products. It allows me to combine my greatest passions and share them with people who are overseas or are unable to see me in person.
