I am a fully qualified Empathic, easy to talk to person centred Counsellor and a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I follow the BACP ‘Ethical Framework for Good Practice', in short this means that you can trust the service I provide and that it will be to a high quality and professional standard.

My background in the Holistic field started in 2001 presently holding numerous modalities such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) to name a few. Personally, I have gained so much out of my life from learning all these therapies, that it seemed a natural progression to transfer my knowledge to empower others.

I started working as a Holistic Therapist in 2001 after completing a Diploma in Holistic Therapies and progressed onto Reflexology, moreover I felt they worked well with my spiritual work as a Reiki Master. I work on the principle of ‘treating the cause, not the symptoms'.

My expertise in dealing with most challenging and severe cases has earned me my recognition and reputation in the Holistic Therapy field. I have helped many people overcome a whole range of difficulties and take back control of their lives. In truth I'm heartfelt that I have been able to be part of that journey. I see the ‘uniqueness' in every person and their experience.
