Agressive owner

I would not recommend this business to anyone. Cian, the owner, is aggressive, patronising, and a bully, who will essentially threaten you to remove a bad review which is entirely reflective of your experience. I noticed the collar had faded really badly 8 months after gifting. It could have happened sooner but the owners were too polite to mention anything to me. It's a shame it has faded so much as it was so gorgeous and we loved the cushioned lining. We got a matching lead and that didn't fade. Went back and forth with Holler qutie a bit to try and understand why this might have happened, using photos and all the information I had about where the collar had been/how it had been treated/cleaned, but we couldn't solve the mystery. They concluded that it had come into contact with bleach or scrubbed really hard all without even seeing the actual collar (seems to be their standard excuse), when it absolutely did not. It was washed with non-bio soap and gently. They advised they would run some tests of their own to see what may have happened. They offered us a new collar as a gesture of goodwill. This was kind but as Holler took the burgundy off the collection whilst they run tests, the new collar they offered to us would be in a different colour and won't match the lead, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, I spent quite a bit of time trying to decide on a new colour for the replacement collar since burgundy was no longer an option. Out of no where, I then received an email saying I would be refunded £60.99 for my order and when I responded to clarify where this had come from, received confirmation that no replacement collar would be replaced. The behaviour of Cian is irrational and difficult to keep up with. I then received a refund for £56.14, not £60.99. When I queried this, I was advised that I was taking advantage of him to think I would be entitled to a refund for shipping. Do you see what I am dealing with now? I never said I was entitled to anything, nor did I even ask for a refund! But when someone tells you they are going to refund you £60.99 and then refunds you £56.14, anyone in their right mind would ask a question. I was then accused about lying about how the collar was treated (completely untrue) and told that at the time of my purchase they were not giving out washing instructions nor telling people they were washable. I completely dispute this as the only reason why I was attracted to the collar and lead in the first place was that it was washable, and I remember this specifically. I also remember seeing the washing instructions and passing them on. All I can say is I feel a bit of bi-polar behaviour going on. This man is clearly only interested in positive outcomes and not interested in receiving critcism or constructive feedback which may make him a better retailer. Never have I dealt with someone so agressive and patronising before. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away. Now he think's he's funny by sending me links to how to go to small claims court for the £4.85 he didn't refund me. Seriously.... I certainly don't want to support someone with this aggressive behaviour.
