As a previous customer from six years ago we recommended this company to both sets of our parents when they moved, one lot three months ago and the others nine months ago and also to some friends a couple of months ago. On all three occasions someone promised to call back to arrange the quote but no one did even after my in laws called again to remind them. Either they have so much work on they can be picky when and where they work or they're just completely unreliable, we now recommend to anyone we know moving not to waste their time phoning this company.
