Pricing

We invite you to compare our pricing. Our off site diagnostic rates are capped at £49. The average computer repair bill is approximately £49 - £99 but every situation is different.

Please call us to discuss your needs and we will be happy to provide an estimate of your cost.

Rates are discussed with customers before we go ahead with any repair.

· There is a minimum call out fee of £35 - includes first hour (if equipment is taken away by us this fee is waived).

· Work by appointment at your home/business is charged at £30/hour (excludes parts)
· Remote support sessions are charged at £20.00 for up to 30 minutes

*All repairs come with a 3 month guarantee - Excluding usage resulting in reinfection from Virus/Malware.
