Yodel policy is that it will try 3 attempts to deliver a packed and after the third attempt, return the goods to the originator. First attempt - Yodel tried to deliver on 20-june but no one at home so they posted a completely blank calling card through letter box. So i was unaware if package was to be: redelivered, or left in a safe place , or at a local address. That evening i rearranged, via website for package to be redelivered on 24-june and left a contact number and email address. I then received an email from Yodel confirming re-delivery on 24-June. However yodel tried to deliver the package or packages again on 21-june (left another blank calling card with different ref number) and according to their website tracked again on the 22-june (but this time no calling-card. If you call the 0800 number it costs 14p a minutes and it takes forever to get to the stage for you to entry your ref number. You can't speak to a human, so now totally unaware whats happening to my package.
