Efficient service.
Approached a number of estate agents to sell my flat. Home Sale Online came back with the most competitive price at £470 for online marketing and a Home Report. I was impressed by Home Sale Online's efforts in keeping me updated and attempting to find a seller for my flat. I sold my flat within 3 and a half months at near asking price. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone thinking of using Home Sale Online to sell their home.

Very pleased with the service.
Used Home Sale Online to advertise my property. It was sold within 4 months just under the asking price. Everything was dealt with reasonably quickly. Staff were pleasant and helped me throughout. Would certainly use again. B. Jameson

Worst Estate Agent Ever !!!
This company is absolutely dreadful. My house was on the market for a whole year before I finally decided to change agents. What a waste of time it was going with Home Sale Online. Their photographs are very poor quality, they give you absolutely NO feedback after viewings, they are rude on the phone, they insist on you using their ridiculous online facility so they don't have to bother emailing you or contacting you by phone, you get no statistics about potenial viewings, home report requests, etc. In fact, the service is so poor that you cannot possibly call this company an estate agent. They take your money from you, put your photographs online and the sit back and do NOTHING to sell your house. They are reative, not proactive and couldn't actually give a toss whether they sell your house or not. What is more, their sister company, Survey Scotland produce a Home Report that is not worth the paper it is printed on. It is not on the legal panel of lenders and does not contain a mortgage valuation. Legally, you do not have to provide this as a seller, however, a better quality home report will be far more appealling to a buyer than a Survey Scotland report, which you might as well flush down the toilet. Please, please don't waste your time/money with this company. Find a company that will try and sell your house for you. Don't say I didn't warn you!!!

Very pleased with service
This estate agent recently sold my property in Edinburgh. The service I found for an estate agent was very good and their price was very fair for what was offered. Overall I was pleased and would use them again.
